one of the things i love about daredevil is how fitting his name is. see, for the longest time, everyone is the 616 universe thought that daredevil was just some powerless dick with a stick or two, so whenever he used his powers to get a leg up on his enemies, everybody just assumed that he succeeded by embracing the crazy man's risk. in the eyes of the world he was true suicide-royalty: a man with no concept of desperation.
in other words, the ultimate motherfucking daredevil.
