Anyone else prefer "Spider-Man" to "Spider-Man 2"?
I prefer the comics/animations to the films, because as yet the live-action stuff has not been very good at all.
I do, out of pure nostalgia.
Me.
2 had too much talking.
Based Dafoe
>>78390994
No.
But both movies were BASED as fuck.
I liked the masks that osborn had.
>>78390994
3 was better than both of those.
Sandman fight scene WAS BASED
IMPRESSIVE
>>78390994
Why cant movies look like that poster.
Its got style.
>>78390994
TOGETHAH, WE COULD RULE THIS CITY SPIDERMAN
OR WE COULD JUST FIGHT TO THE DEATH
>>78395838
ITS YOU WHO'S OUT, GOBBIE!
I think that two was the strongest movie in the trilogy but one had more iconic scenes.
>>78390994
I enjoyedAmazing Spider-Manmore.
>>78395948
PLACE THE DEVICE ON HER HEAD
TIME TO DIE
>>78395973
I don't see what people's beef with that line is.
Comic books have always had goofy lines like that.

it was wrong of me to doubt the white man, here; eat my barn for luck

I wish /co/ was able to rate these movies and look at them as movies instead of with nostalgia goggles.

HERO CAN SAVE US
WACKY
WALL
WALKERS
I did, but then I grew up
ASM>SM>ASM2>SM2>SM3
>>78396272
For real, amazing spiderman blows them out of the water. Here's to hoping after mcu spidey is universally panned for shitty quips we get an asm3!
>>78390994
I do.
I was getting ready to graduate high school, so I was the same age as Peter. Getting ready to leave high school, my parents had just divorced, lots of big changes I was having a hard time coping with. The parallels just hit all the right buttons for me.
>>78396286
i honestly coudnt hate on nicklebackback when it was cool to do it on redditbecause of this song
Spider-Man 1 was fine.
Spider-Man 2 remains one of the best superhero movies ever made.
>>78395635
I will fucking fight you. Even if Sandman was animated pretty, that movie was
francoeatingpie.gif
SO BAD
>>78396495
Are you literally a marketing executive for Sony, or maybe the screenwriter of ASM2? Because I don't know how anyone could want an ASM3 after the clusterfuck that was ASM2.
>>78396524
Honestly? Hero and How You Remind Me aren't terrible.
Nickleback's biggest crime is being generic.
>>78390994
Yeah, I think the first one is the best dispite usually not preferring origin movies. It's just the most quotable. Full of that Raimi quirkiness that I love. Not that the sequels aren't. Very good, even 3 with all it's problems is very enjoyable.
>>78396145
I don't think anyone's getting beefy with the line. They make us laugh. Don't we quote these lines because we love them?
VINDICATED
>>78396786
fuck, i also liked that credit song
>>78392059
This I was obsessed with this movie as a kid
>>78396574
ASM2 was bad because it was busy setting up Harry as the gobby so he could lead the sinister six in ASM3
>>78390994
Not over Spider-Man 2, but it's fucking leaps and bounds over Amazing Spider-Man. I mean maybe Andrew Garfield quips better but that doesn't make up for the rest of the movie being shit.
>>78396972
And ASM3 was just going to set up the Black Cat, Sinister Six, and Aunt May movies
>>78397020
>aunt may movies
What?
>>78397085
>he doesn't know how delusional Sony was
>>78397085
Sony had plans on making Aunt May related movies in their Spider-Man cinematic universe, maybe based on Trouble
>>78397128
I know they were idiots, just like Konami. What the hell were the Aunt May movies gonna be about anyway?
>>78397174
Hot fucking. See >>78397160
Spider-Man had infinitely better music.
>tfw crying after another day of being bullied at school and popping in your Spider-Man soundtrack CD and listening to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8E0JnwUhqU
Plus, Kirsten Dunst's nips are super visible in that scene where she's getting mugged. I watched Spider-Man every single day, literally just to wack off to Kirsten Dunst's hard nipples. I finally got my own computer and internet access, by the time of the second movie, and discovered porn, so my interest in the film series dropped greatly.
I think I'm going to have a nostalgic wank over Kirsten Dunst's tits, right now.
>>78397020
ASM2 had already set up Black Cat
>>78397571
All they did was say her name. Do you think the general audience knew that was Black Cat
>>78397371

Holy shit I know that feel

>just wanna be a superhero because maybe it'll make things better
>tfw listening to Hero while imagining being Spider-Man
>>78390994
I do
Ock was too sympathetic, he did nothing wrong
Losing spider powers due to lack of confidence reminds me too much of erectile dysfunction
>>78398765
*he did nothing wrong on his own volition, it was all the tentacles messing with his head
>>78390994
GG was a way better villain than Ock IMO senpai
>>78392945
this
>>78398765
>>78398796
Even Norman was just driven insane by the Goblin juice.
Maybe if Kingpin wasn't tied up with Fox Daredevil they could have used him for a real unapologetic bad guy. Also Daredevil team-up.
>>78395838
>Jimmy Neutron films Spider-Man
>>78397174
There weren't active plans, it was one guy's idea, and by that time the ASM series has already been scrapped.
It would be about spy shit.
>>78400679
>Aunt May: Agent of SHIELD.

>Oh, yeah that's a pretty cool goblin head you made, guys.
>But I think we'll go with the dollar store halloween mask like we planned.
>>78402207
>That mask + Willem Dafoe amazing expressive face.
Man, it would've been so good. But you know, it's pretty terrifying mask, can't have that, ya gotta think about the kiddies!
Spider-Man 1 aged like milk
