It's just one good artist who has done a lot of Cedric and Sofia fan art, and a bunch of followers copying her. It's not even a ship, it's mostly cute drawings with Cedric in the role of a unwilling, yet submissive surrogate father with that dash of Japanese playfulness that gets overblown and exaggerated by people who just see what they want to see.
