So >>78150771 got me thinking:
What other heroes would be much more terrifying as villains? I really enjoyed Superior iron man for just that, Tony's rogueish personality works more for villainy than selfless heroism, and the idea of a purely evil spidey just wrecking his way to what he wants can be genuinely terrifying.

Literally all of them.Except Hank Pym.
Wonder Woman, just imagine if she hated everything instead of loving everything

Flash, superman, batfamily and their plot amors, Professor X

>that spoiler
A truly bloodthirsty antman climbing into his enemies and expanding is the absolute most brutal villain I can imagine.

Tony never is a hero he is either a douchebag or a straight up villain alongside the heroes.
>Superior Ironman
>Villain

That's not Pym's style, though.

Haven't we seen that one in one off comics ?
>>78150937
well the hypothetical is that the hero is truly villainous, like Jean Grey using her powers selfishly, or Pym becoming a Ted Bundy style serial killer, the idea is to put a characters skillset into a truly villainous personality.

Does Injustice count?

Iron Man's concept was literally "how do I make a villain into a hero"
