I want Marvel Universe to expend to video games by a decent Punisher game.

If they ever make another Punisher game I would want every level to include an undercover cop who is indistinguishable from all the other bad guys except that their attacks do no damage to you and the only way to get the best ending is to go through the whole game without killing any of them, otherwise it ends with a level where you fight off an endless wave of police that only ends when you die.

Max Payne 2 was a third person shooter. Max Payne 1 was a series of dream/drug sequences and follow-exact-path-to-live sequences glued together with third person shooter segments. I've played through both and while the first game isn't terrible, I really have no desire to replay it since I remember all the annoying BS and how damned slow it felt.
For maximum fun, play Max Payne 2 with the Punisher mod. It changes all the weapons, and increases ALL weapon damage, so even the easy difficulty has more challenge. Hardest difficulty is brutal with the mod, most noticeable on the section where Mona has to escort Max since he get's torn up much quicker than usual.

It was ok on the first play-through, but it's repetitive as HELL if you are trying to maximize your score. Grab enemy, drag him somewhere away from gunfire, interrogate him in one of the four ways you can, kill, repeat for every enemy on the entire level.
