Captain planet had some heavy issues for a children's cartoon, only cartoon i can remember that dealt with the issue of someone having aids.

I used to love watching this early in the mornings when I was a kid, but damn if it wasn't insufferable looking back. I mean, even ignoring that this is as far away from the original game as possible, it was made at the height of that "make an action show but preach non-violence" era of the early-to-mid-90s.
