I'm sorry if I missed the sarcasm, but that is Robin. Except he's a man now. Dick Grayson. Was Robin. Then Nightwing. Then even Batman for a little bit. Now he's a superspy chilling in the best comic book DC is publishing right now: Grayson.
And Kori does like Dick. He likes her. They used to be together, then Dick faked his death because he was unmasked as Nightwing. He then became the secret agent for Spyral that he is now. In Starfire #7 and 8, Dick meets back up with Kori.

Looking back, I don't think I ever loved this show. But it had its strong parts, mostly toward the finales. Beast Boy showing he'd be a good team leader when the chips were down was something that always appealed to me.

I don't know if you're exaggerating or not, but it does seem like either someone dies during a full run, or the run gets canceled before someone gets snuffed out.

I think it's gone, so, in summary:
It was an old Teen Titans Quest that ran on /co/ back when quests were allowed here. It was eventually moved to /tg/, and, imo, opened the gates for a bunch of better cape universe quests there.
It was kinda fun in a cringy way, though, with the protagonist being some homeless kid that lucked out into getting set up with the Titans and turned out to be Death's kid I think? But I guess protags are usually super speshul so eh.
It's also a monument to /co/'s awful decision making abilities. The MC is the biggest fuckup ever. They fucked BB's memories, got Raven killed constantly, forced the storyteller guy to eliminate Titans so they could stop being conflicted over a love interest, etc etc.
