Death of Wolverine/Wolverines was SUPER gimmicky. He became the Inhuman writer because Fraction didn't work out and they needed someone to fill the slot fast. These are his worst works, and it shows.
Having said those, I do like Soule. He has written very good stuff, with a phenomenal Swamp Thing and Red Lanterns, very damn strong She-Hulk and Thunderbolts, and his creator owned title Letter 44 is very good.
He's definitely not bad, but suffers from oppressively edited stuff like a lot of higher-profile Marvel writers. And yeah, Inhumans are high profile considering how dedicated Marvel is to making the property work.
