I love that episode that somewhat parodies Shawshank Redemption. Wooldor gets caught stealing candy in a hilarious fashion and then when the rent a cop catches him, he starts threatening some random woman. Fucking hilarious scene.

There's lots of really good scenes but there's also a lot of scenes that fall really flat in my opinion. It's worth watching and I remember season 2 being better than 1 but it's not some amazing show. There's definitely some amazing moments however.

That scene is pure gold. I also love how the show plays with the fact non serious deaths in a cartoon, like how especially that woman is demonstratively shown again later in the same episode.

That was sort of the point. Crude, edgy, racist towards basically every race, makes fun of cliches and tropes. Characterization and story only goes as far as setting up gags for the episode. Character death is meaningless. It's no end all be all cartoon, but they pushed boundaries and generally didn't give a fuck which is refreshing to see every once and a while.
