Because The creator of Undertale was inspired by Helvetica when he created sans And Papyrus.

Which leads me to believe that sans, Papyrus and W.D Gaster are actually from the Helvetica-World. Specifically Farwolaeth City.

But i guess sans made to many Bone-related puns and-
