It started out as a blatantly obvious author self-insert meeting his furry waifu in the woods. Main character is just about the most generic "I was once evil and super bad ass but I got amnesia and I am a good person now" anime tripe.
The comic started off with literally zero story and was just a long string of the author doing softcore nudes if his tiger furry bait with "teehee in my culture we are always naked =^.^=" scenarios.
12 long years later if he's actually trying to take his comic seriously by toning down the teasing and lewd jokes and actually trying to develop some sort of story. Only problem is he can't write a story worth shit and it's all so incredibly fucking generic and boring.

Yeah, those two are definitely up there among the worse things I've ever read more than 10 pages of. Suicide for Hire veered off into absolute batshit insanity in between author soapbox rants. Kit n Kay Boodle was bizarre and disturbing BEFORE the author decided to use it as a personal journal to talk about the odd sexual relations between him and his wife and his wife's mother. I really wished I hadn't read that.
Some other really bad ones I can think of are Latex Blue(Jack is dark and edgy, LB is edgy and offensive for the sake of being edgy and offensive), Raine the Dog(any incarnation of it, it's still the same oddly preachy shit about fictional problems), and MegaTokyo.
