The end of season 1 is real good and Arrow gets great in season 2. Season 3 is weaker and after a good midseason finale loses its footing again. Season 4 has been an improvement so far and is going in a different direction than previous seasons.
Flash season was is real good. IMO season 2 has been good but not as good as the first. Outside of a few scenes everyone focuses on its not as good as season 1.

I have really mixed feelings about season 3. It's certianly not good but it's not as bad as everyone likes to claim it's greatest crime is being a mediocre season that follows a great one. And the last set of episodes. Those were pretty bad.

I've enjoyed all the crossover episodes. The weak parts like the showdown with the bee lady are far outweighed by seeing the different shows characters interact with each other and be able to take a different tone.
Some of them like the Flash vsArrow episode with Flash going evil were great.

It's nothing great, or even good, but it's not out right terrible. It has some nice moments. Nyssa, I liked the island episode with Slade, the scene were Roy basically tells Thea that he punishes himself by watching the family, Ray... It just has a lot of crap mixed in too and Felicity's popularity kind of screwed things over.

I would have liked him staying in retirement and just continue the relationship with Laurel. I admit I liked the stuff with Nyssa probably best out of the entire season but I thought there scenes were good too.
The last episode of Arrow had some great fight scenes but its a shame they seemed to use a different camera because it was jarring.
I wish the crossover eps had Arrow's fighting with Flash's effects.
