I always hear that Marvel has big name writers on their titles, whose name alone sells titles regardless of the character they are attached to. Now, other than Bendis and Warren Ellis, what other writers in Marvel's stable sell comics?

Yeah but since it's Spider-Man I'm sure it would sell well regardless of the creative team but it would appear Slott's name pushes sells anyway so nevermind then.
Marvel took all their big names off actual Marvel books and put them all on the Star Wars Books

Hickman, Remender, and Fraction leaving kinda took away a number of their big name writers.
Of the people they currently have, Ellis, Bendis and Waid are their biggest names.
