I know, I'm in the same boat. I was really into SP when I was 11/12 but even then I never shipped anything because of the art style and the nature of the show. These two just fit each other so well personality wise. And the circumstances that caused their relationship are just hilarious but also interesting. I can't even watch older episodes without checking if they are in the same frame or next to each other (which they are pretty often).

I want to see more episodes revolving around them in the future. Though honestly I think them being friends and pretending to be gay is a lot more interesting than them actually being gay, so I hope things stay that way. I dunno, just find it funnier I guess.

What I find hilarious is this has been one of the most popular SP ships for 16 years even though they only spoke to each other in one episode.
The entire canon basis was that they fought once and stand next to each other sometimes.
It's essentially a crack ship but because so many people were inexplicably drawn to it, it's actually become a thing.
Imagine how stoked those shippers must feel. The episode didn't even make fun of them, beyond suggesting that the whole thing's a little weird. Congrats, guys.I hope they stay together too
