DC is doing the smart thing in being serious. The Civil War trailer and the Age of Ultron trailer both looked great, and you want to know why? The tone was gritty. Sadly, in Age of Ultron they just tricked everyone, with a dumb as fuck Ultron being funny rather than being scary.
Ant-Man was the first Marvel movie I saw in theaters and I really disliked it. Funny jokes, but they got boring really fast. Took me out of the movie. Humor is fine, I don't mind it, but they pretty much had a joke in every damn scene. Fight scenes weren't exciting, never felt like anyone was in any real danger, and it was pretty much the same as any Marvel movie that's been released.

I admit the first time I saw this picture it looked weird, only because Affleck looks huge next to Snyder, and the way the picture is taken (like most of the other ones sadly), you cant really tell where the jaw ends.. so it ends up looking like he has no neck. But if you look close enough in this picture, you can make out where the jaw line is and just from that it looks much better.

What? If anything hero vs hero in Rider movies is always a disaster. There are some cool scenes, but it always end up being mind control or "it was always a plan to distract the villains and gather the heroes", which makes the entire conflict feel pointless.
And the one time it wasn't just a plan or whatever it was just really rushed and didn't work well.
