So just how powerful is Lord Hater? When he gets pissed he seems to be capable of going toe to toe with even the likes of Lord Dominator. It's like his powers are fueled by an infinite wellspring of hate.

I would say his power is more depend on his concentration and what he's focused on. If he really puts everything he got into a single goal he can be immensely powerful.
However most of the time he is distracted by petty quarrels or his attention is just too short.
