Probably not much. Its a spinoff show to showcase the other characters. Stephen and Grant are very busy filming their own tv shows. So maybe a few appearances each. Theres a rumor we'll see Connor Hawke, and old man Ollie in the future.

This makes it look like Vandal is Egyptian and 'only' 4000 years old.
The meteor seems to be flying over Egypt; it might be the cause of both Vandal's and the Hawk's immortality (even though the latter are reincarnated).
