This series reads like they're ticking boxes on a checklist. "This is the one where she cries." Check. "This is the one where she acts cute." Check. We're talking about the New52 reboot version that was a serious straight story.
Only good to come out of it is that Booster and Batman's relationship was allowed to stay generally the same.
Holy shit, I was close to dropping this but this issue was actually somewhat good. Writing much better, art much better, colouring much better. Less "house style" feel about it. I'm impressed, guess I should check out Valentine's Catwoman.
