Of course Black Bolt's power is "his vocal cords are somehow linked up to the fuck-all-atomic-bonds part of his brain," not just "screams really loud," so that shouldn't work, but whatever. Comic books.

And while BB can undoubtedly yell loudly, his power isn't "super yelling" but "molecules literally disintegrate when I use my vocal cords."
Either way it's still a cool concept and with comic book logic there's always a way to explain it, but it doesn't make a lot of sense and gives a bad impression of what BB is capable of.
I mean fuck, the guy can literally shout planets apart and rip holes in reality if he tries hard enough. His power works in the vacuum of space. It has very little do do with actual sound other than that him making sound is what triggers it.
