I think OP's post maybe, has an almost double meaning.
I'm not sure but I think he means in terms of quantity not quality (otherwise really as much as I despise it Spider-Man 3's Neo Goblin fight sort of rears its head as competition). Winter Solder has solid fights and great action but they're actually pretty sparse, I can't recall how great it was but I do know Blade II was almost nonstop action since there were three factions going after each other.

Well Snipes is a black belt in like 11 different martial art styles. The guy can fight, and usually looked good on film doing so. More actors should at least study some fighting before a movie role. At least to know how to throw a simple fucking punch!
