It's less common, but that's because it is less coming for female characters to have ongoing books, which is where you'll find the majority of relationships in comics.
Wonder Woman usually dates normal guys. Current Ms. Marvel has Bruno. Supergirl has the crippled black guy I know nothing about other than people lose their shit over him sometimes. But when it's a team book, usually the team members date each other.

Seems to me like the whether a superhero will date a normal human or another hero has more to do with whether they are initially a stand-alone hero in their own right or not.
Stand-alone heroes learn how to be a hero without much help from other heroes and so they usually end up (at least initially) with normal humans (because the only other people they interact with on a regular basis are villians).
E.g. Clark Kent and Lois Lane/Lana Lang, Peter Parker and Gwen Stacey/MJ, Wonder Woman and Steve Trevor, Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter, Tony Stark and Pepper Potts, etc.
Then, once they've been in the business for a while, they often (but not always) date other heroes/metahumans/whatever.
E.g. Superman and Wonder Woman.
Then there are heroes who are based on other heroes, (e.g. Bat Family, Various Kryptonians, etc. you get the idea), or heroes who started their career as part of a team and learn the tricks of the trade from existing heroes and spend a decent amount of time in team-ups, on teams etc etc. They spend a lot more time around other heroes and so they have more opportunity for superpowered romance.
(E.g Batgirl and Nightwing, Starfire and Nightwing, nearly every X-Man and every other X-Man)
Once a hero is around other heroes, writers seem to favour pairing them up with other heroes than with normal humans.
The reason that few female superheroes seem to have normal-human relationships is because female superheroes are usually based on some other established hero. (Or at least the most popular ones are.) Not Wonder Woman though. Hence, Steve.
That's my theory anyway.
Well we can all at least agree Superman X Wonder Woman was the stupidest fucking thing to happen ever.
