Before ANAD Avengers #1 I'm storytiming the FCBD issue
I am expecting a lot of "main character shames everyone else but doesn't feel shame" as in his Daredevil run. I mean, Matt even made Foggy feel like shit, and he had cancer
I'm actually excited for this
>>77366484
> I have shirts older than you
with sliding timescale would this actually be true?
>>77367020
At the least, I'm wary.
>>77367101
Depends on how old his shirts are. Sam is probably early-30s with the sliding timescale with Kamala being ~16. It's believable that he might have kept some shirts from when he was a teenager in which case they might be older.
>>77367203
At first I thought you meant Nova was early-30s instead of Cap.
>>77367225
Oh boy this is gonna get akward fast
>>77367225
Yeah, having two people named Sam is going to get a bit confusing.
It's funny that we started calling people by their actual names rather than their superhero names because of confusion over legacies, but now the names are doubling up.
>>77367203
No way Sam is in his early 30s. That would mean he was 17-18 on the 60s. No way. I would put him between 37 and 40.
>>77367377
Wasn't he early-20s when he first appeared? I got the impression that he was supposed to be a pretty young guy.
>>77366484
Why is FemThor holding the hammer like that? It looks like is just about to slip and hit her in the head.
>>77367435
Yes he was. But at least 15 years have passed since his debut, that's why.
>>77366568
How long until we get an Avengers team made of of different Smas?
>>77367500
That's how women hold hammers.
>>77367515
>at least 15 years
He was introduced in '69. Using the 4:1 scale which tends to be the default go-to for Marvel's sliding timescale + 8 month timeskip for ANAD puts him at about 12.5 years since his introduction. Even if we round up, that's still early to mid-30s.
I'd say mid.
>>77367565
>4:1 scale
Sam Alexander is, what, 12-14?
That is 16-24 years of puberty, assuming puberty stops at 18, which isn't really true.
That poor son of a bitch.
>>77367601
I took him to be a freshman in high school, so 15? He tends to be drawn really young though.
>>77367622
He's 15-16 it was said in an interview
>>77367669
Makes sense. He was a freshman in HS pre-SW so 14-15, with an 8-month timeskip, that'd put him at 15-16 now.
>>77367565
3.5:1 scale works better. 4:1 causes a lot of inconsistencies. With 3.5:1, it would have been 13 years + SW year = 14 years.
Still mid-30s though so, yeah.
It bugs me that Thor is being treated as a veteran member when she's probably seen less action than anyone else on the team with the exception of maybe Kamala.
>>77368194
She went though sw and spent 7 years in suspended time. I think that counts
>>77368254
Has Nova-Sam been in any SW books?
>>77368279
No I don't think so.
>>77368689
What about the other Nova.
You know, the good one.
>>77368732
I don't think Dick Rider's been in any, either.
I think it's just the family of Novas in the Infinity Gauntlet book.
