I'd be so game for a Biker Mice reboot. It's so unashamedly 90's there'd have to be major tweaking to pull it off, but if they can continuously make turtles contemporary, I don't see why they couldn't do the same. There's the '06 reboot, but...let's not talk about that.
I remember the 90's series actually being pretty popular with an impressive amount of toys.
Also it had based Rob in one of his best roles and Ian Ziering. I still maintain this show had some of if not THE best voice work of the 90's.
