Hey cu/ck/s, I've been a dumpling chef, sushi chef, and am currently a baker.
I was thinking of making a food blog with vegan dishes, meme shit like salted caramel (it's delicious, I know, but still a meme), and easy to make food... I think you get the demographic I'm aiming for.

There is no such thing as "meme food".
Hipsters are just people in the know, and people with money who eat out regularly just like good food. If you don't fall into either of those categories you're not going to get an idea for a trendy food blog from an image forum frequented by 90% college kids.
