I made a frittata. Thoughts? Be 100% honest. It tasted good.

is that cilantro? if so, youre a criminal.

there's no way that's cilantro. Do you even know what cilantro is? I'm guessing dill

Anyways, it looks alright, maybe a little dill heavy. How did it taste?

It tasted excellent, considering it's only my second time. I might be biased because I love dill but overall it was tasty. I used onions, peppers, grape tomatoes, dill, salt, pepper. I didn't have any parmesan unfortunately so I had to improvise. The white stuff you see on top are little pieces of herb boursin cream cheese I put in before baking.

Looks pretty good to me OP. I like a spinach and red pepper frittata myself, and dill is my least fave spice, but you did a good job!

Hmm. It doesn't look dry, and I like the ingredient distribution. The cream cheese is a good move, almost makes it similar to a sort of hybrid quiche. I'd certainly like a slice. Definitely try some mushrooms next time!

What's the difference between a fritata and a Tortila?
>>7862691
A frittata is made with eggs for a start.
