I don't know how many of you fellow autists like to have one of your meals in bar form, but I thought this would be a good place to talk about it. What brands taste best? Which ones aren't pieces of shit? Maybe one of you crunchy vegan faggots make your own meal bar? Share it all here
Personally, a quick on-the-go breakfast for me is one Epic Bar (usually the Bison Cranberry or Wild Boar Bacon) and a Larabar (Pecan Pie or Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip or Apple Pie), eaten by alternating bites. Ya get your sweet, your meat, they're fatty enough to actually satiate you and unlike those shitty dry oatmeal based ones. And no starch (or hardly any) which I'm trying to reduce in my diet.
Pic unrelated but sexy
I usually just drink at home, and when I get hungry I'll drunkenly throw a sandwich or something together.

i make these and it yields me 8 bars with roughly 3.75 grams of sugar per bar, if you buy protein powder with lots of sugar thats your problem
My local grocery store carries these 2 for 3 bucks and the owner is local, so I like to carry these when I go to work. They taste great, are filling and have pretty good ingredients.
