Blame it on California drought. With normalizing trade with Iran pistachio prices may go down and the ice cream will become cost effective for its manufacturers again.

I can usually find this pretty easily. Spumoni on the other hand usually only shows up around Christmas time anymore.

It's rare that I go into a full sized grocery store and can't find at least one brand of pistachio, though it's usually only one, even if there are 50 goddamn brands.
