My family (3 people) is going to the park for a picnic tomorrow. I'm in charge of food and I'm not sure what I should bring.

Lots of booze. Embarrass your family.
Is there a grill where you're at? Does everything need to be premade?

Hard salami, hard aged cheese of some sort, maybe some ciabatta or other chewy bread, and a gallon of red table wine.
That's what I'd do anyway lol. That or left over bbq.

No grills. I have a cooler though.

Well sandwiches can work. Fried chicken is really good at room temperature. The suggestion for hard meats, cheeses, and crackers is good too. There's always potato and macaroni salads. I'd bring fruit and chips too. Especially if there's kids with you.

Says the guy without champagne, lobster, and anal at the picnic

fucking picnics. took you fags long enough
I suggest fried catfish and tartar. but just as good are japanese sandiwches and karaage. it'll give you the fried chicken and sandwich feel without getting your hands too messy from eating off bones.
Then for healthy shit, pickled vegetables, japanese or murican. Rice balls are nice, so is PB and J.
