I have had a carton of six balut in my fridge for 2-3 months.
I'm assuming it's bad but I can't find any articles about its actual shelf life, just people talking about how disgusting it is.
Has it gone bad? Any idea on how to dispose of it? I can't think of anyone I hate enough to egg their house with balut, though the idea is really tempting.
play it safe and just throw it away? You can just buy another pack and not let it sit for 3 months
