Thick cut ribeye steak coated liberally in fresh cracked pepper and salt. Melt butter into a hot pan and throw the steak in, cook on each side until a nice crust forms and its medium rare
then with the fat left in the pan cook up some portobello mushrooms and white onion
serve with corn on the cob covered in pepper and butter
