Yes, those are carrots and potatoes in the picture, but it's funny you say that, because the directions on the back say "beef and onion". In fact, it says something like 1.5 lbs. of onions, if my memory serves.
One of my fave gf comfort food. Use kumara, onion, carrot, pumpkin and potatoes.
