I really like nuts. I wish some food engineers would try to grow some modified nuts, and take most of the fat out, to be a better balance with the fibre and protein. It would be the perfect snack.

And I wish dried fruit manufacturers wouldn't add extra sugar into their fruit. That is not necessary at all.
