I love me some enchilada casserole, but that looks disgusting. The meat shouldn't go on the top layer and it looks like you put the sauce over the cheese. It also doesn't look like you lightly fried those tortillas at all beforehand.

i did fry the tortilllas. And the cheese is freeze dried so i put the sauce on top to make it less gross
