I made some kielbasa pizza tonight.
What do you think of kielbasa on pizza?
I like the concept. All sorts of cured meats work great on pizza.
But that looks like bad keilbasa on bad pizza.

Would you rather OP call it polish sausage?
you cut up a hot dog and microwaved it on top of a piece of ellios my man

Pretty much sums up my thoughts.
I'll have to try kielbasa on a pizza sometime
I put it on homemade French bread pizza all the time it's good but you have to start with a quality kielbasa
I could see a kielbasa pizza if you cut it thin like pepperoni and did a mustard and beer cheese sauce with sauerkraut and maybe some peppers.
What you did basically looks like what >>7784728 described.
>>7784558
would be better on softer bread with a milder cheese and maybe some spinach and tomatoe on top
>>7784772
That's one I'm going to be maken soon sounds great

Fun fact - in 90% of pizza places in Poland you have a "Homely"(Swojska) Pizza)
It has kiełbasa, thick sliced onions, Red bell peppers, pickles, bacon and sometimes eggs.

what are the things that look like little pieces of chicken?
>>7784913
the pale ones are white mushrooms, the light pink one are bits of ham cut in squares.
>>7784958
nah senpai, the little orange chunks that look like chicken, not the obvious things
>>7784898
that sounds pretty fucking good tbqh
Needs some 'oes
>>7784728
If you look closely, you can tell that that's definitely a more coarsely ground sausage than a hot dog.

Wow. I honestly thought this had died out.

Bringing it back

Andouille would be better with bell peppers and celery (sauteed first) and a Cajun spice blend in the red sauce to make Creole
