Yep. Save veggie scraps and chicken bones. Oven roast the bones, throw them in water with the veggies, make stock, pressure can. God tier.

I never tried canning, I have an 8l kuhn rikon stock pot, I doubt it's the proper size, I can picture only fitting a normal sized jar at a time. What's a good safe cheap cooker for canning?
