I made some pretty mean fried rice for the first time a few minutes ago (not in the picture, mine's a lot more amateurish).
No veggies, but a lot of chicken and eggs, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Dish passed the mom test. Feeling a bit proud of myself.

Trying out protein muffins for the first time. Not awful for a blind attempt. Sugared the shit out of them with cookie butter and some cereal crumbs. I some leftovers in half, and but banana/yogurt/ice cream bull shit in the middle for ice cream sandwiches. I expect it to be pretty decent.

I baked three batches and the last batch had the amazing results I posted earlier. I think the last bit of mixture in the bowl probably was not as well combined.
