Tenderize them lightly with a mallet. Slice into thin strips, Put them in a marinade overnight. Cook with some taco seasoning. Make some rice, peppers, and black beans and get some tortillas and cilantro .
First you will need to hammer the living shit out of them to tenderize. Then slice in thin strips, marinate in soy/sugar or Italian dressing. Make a salad then cook the strips on low heat until medium rare. Mix in salad
