best "food for detox" is supposed to be grapes. but they put weird shit on that to keep it from spoiling. weird shit that is banned for all other fruits but allowed for grapes because the grape industry can not function without it.
Another really good detox food would be melons. Like cantaloupe.
Basically some sort of fruit that is watery and easy to digest. The easier something is to digest the less energy you spend digesting it the more energy your body has to work on detoxing itself.
Fruits are very clean and give lots of energy too.

this. i do lots of fruits and veggies. i just try to give my body as much nourishing food and as much water as possible. also i completely avoid red meat. and don't eat meat every single day.
