What would be a good natural colouring to get the pink?

I'd go with strawberry or raspberry puree
Use food colouring like a normal person, hippie.
beets are really good (you can use beet juice), even if you use a very large amount you'll at most get a slight "earthy" taste, but i doubt you'll even get that (it's what you use to make pink lemonade) raspberries or strawberries/ jam of those works aswell, i guess

this is correct. strawberry will get you a nicer pink colour though, raspberry turns out a darker red usually.
