Good Mushroom substitutes? Need something that can act like mushrooms, but aren't.
I'm allergic to most of the cunts but I see a lot of dishes with them, what can I use in its stead thats good?
Trying to do some fun stuff with pork, and most of its either mushrooms or sweet.

In what way? You're going to need to be more specific than that.
Absorbs flavors? Many vegetables do that. So does tofu and tempeh.
Has a savory/umami flavor? Meats or fermented/cured vegetable products: soy sauce, tamari, douchi, etc.
Duplicating the texture? Meats (depending on how you cook them, of course). Root vegetables.
