just earlier today i blended 1 cup blueberries 2 bananas 1.5 cup almond milk and 2 scoops or 50g of soybean protein isolate. It was pretty good, others may sweeten it a bit with splenda or something which is fine by me but it was fine as it was with the sweetness from the bananas for me being enough. Thinking of making another one today to go with some baked apple slices topped with cinnamon alongside some freshly blended peanut butter made from peanuts with my vitamix.

By way of sauce
To create a blueberry gastrique:
1) add 1 cup white sugar to pan and cook down
2) when caramelized, add 1 cup apple cider vinegar
3) boil down again and add blueberries
4) salt and pepper to taste
5) reduce down until thick
