double boiler here, when I pull the lever the pressure comes only after 3 or 4 seconds, is this normal?

I start every day with one of these.
Usually with half a teaspoon of brown sugar to cut through the bitterness.

No milk for me. I think that stuff ruins coffee.

I don't use milk, I use whipping cream.

I have a reusable metal filter for my aeropress, but I just had a brilliant idea. Is there anyone currently selling a filter holder with the filter permanently attached?

I've been lookin for an affordable espresso machine for a bit, any reccomendations? I only know about tegular drip brewers and French presses
