Hey guys I tried beer for the first time and it tasted like sawdust. Why do you guys pretend to like this stuff? Pic related is what I tried. So, where do I go from here?
Here we go again...

Something with a low IBU if you're new to beer. That means it's less bitter
I'm personally not a huge fan of IPA's but they're nice once in a while

beer is largely an acquired taste. The key is to find one with a flavor profile more to your taste, in time even beers you don't like so much will become a lot more palatable.

>beer is largely an acquired taste
If you've been eating cheeseburgers and drinking Seven Up your entire life I suppose

Ew, that would be gross. Some of us are just born with taste.

They don't like the taste of beer, they like the effect alcohol has on them. They have shitty lives so they use alcohol to escape from it. Some claim to like the taste and other nonsense but that's only because they've come to associate the taste of beer with their inebriated state of mind. If beer tasted so good then there would be a large clamoring for the non-alcoholic versions of it. Last time I checked no-one drinks non-alcholic beer.
I enjoy beer quite a lot but I've yet to find an IPA that tastes any good.
Prefer sweeter, maltier beers like Porter, Bitters and Red Ales.

Some people enjoy bitter things. You don't. Find a different beer if you so choose.

Is this a craft beer?

I'm too old to be posting here.

It's a beer that was crafted, isn't it?
