Ok /ck/, i have to prepare cocktail menu for summer season in restaurant where I work.
So far I have
>mojito
>cosmopolitan
>negroni
>espresso Martini
>old fashioned
>long island ice tea
>cuba libre
>whisky sour
Need like 5 more, need to keep them simple, as I will lot of work to do, but something fancier than Tom collins, daiquiri and stuff.
Bonus points for refreshing cocktails and surprising ingredients. Any thoughts?

alternatively black russians, but I'm a huge fan of white russians.
If you're not in the US, make that Zubrowka and apple juice drink and shove a singed stick of cinnamon in to make it look fancy. Don't know if there's a name for that.
Make something up with genever. Just a genever old fashioned maybe, "Older Fashioned" or something.

limoncello with gin, sours and tonic.
dunno if it has a name but it sounds summery as fuck.

Make the bloody mary with good ingredients like homemade pickle juice and include clam juice. Canadians call it a caesar

Manhattan, White Russian, Moscow Mule
All three of those are staple fashionable cocktails
Singapore Sling and etc... if you wanna get crazy.

Mint Julep is also a staple, refreshing cocktail.
But some places have issues with having mint on hand. Special cup is nice, but unnecessary.
