I'm not even trolling... I want to LIKE the other cheeses, I really wanted to, but they stink and sometimes they're too salty, and the flavor is too strong sometimes that it overpowers the entire meal.
Cheddar just helps most of the time. It's like a food enhancer.
It goes great when I put it grated on top of spaghetti bolognese, or sliced on burgers, grated in fruit salad...
Guess I'm just not classy or refined enough to acquire the taste of others. Probably good too because special kinds of cheese are way too pricey for my demographic.
