Everyone goes through a Noma® phase but at some point, you'll snap out of it.
For me it was when the waitress spilled live ants on us.
What about you /ck/?
When the waiter told us about the hummus platter it sounded like a great idea. When he came back 15 minutes later with a mini compost bin full of humus, I realized my mistake.

I thought Noma was just a meme. I watched the carrot video and nearly died laughing. I'd totally go there with some friends and mock it, though.

When I'll be rich enough to go eat there, so probably never.

I went to noma japan and it was great even tho rene had literally collected forest ants and wild pond ducks
really tho it was great especially the sake and juice pairings they offered with the meal

>Think "oh yeah, that jap guy with a chain of upscale sushi restaurants is so 90s."
I'm tempted to book ahead for when I'm in Europe next, but I am way too embarrassed to take photographs in restaurants and frankly part of the appeal of going would be to #trigger people on /ck/.
