We usually simply eat the eggs and use the bread to sop up any yoke.

Or sometimes people will simply make an egg sandwich.

I can't find a place that sells bean sprouts around here anymore. Apparently the company that supplied most of them went through a contamination scare and now they've all been pulled off the shelves. I love the things and they're pretty damn good for you too. Super easy to work with. I used to have them at least once a day.

Thinking of just growing my own.

It's hilariously easy to grow them. Just throw some beans on a moist place, put it in a dark room, and just close the door.

Ya, I was looking into indoor gardening awhile back and I remember bean sprouts were literally just something you toss in a jar and leave in the sun. A tiny bag of seeds is like 3$ though where in I used to get them for 80 cents a pound.
