simmer green beans in salted water until slightly tender, drain and cook in skillet with a fried onion and some garlic. add chile sauce and let simmer for a little.
Chile sauce is made by simmering several chiles with a half an onion, some garlic and salt and a pinch of oregano. once soft blend them with little of the cooking liquid.
