I didn't find any of those strips when I went on Friday, but all pork has pretty much been $1.99/lb all month. That goes for pork chops, diced pork, "pork stir fry" (cut smaller than diced).

My butcher had frozen pork riblets on special for 99cents a pound.
I grabbed a three pound package last week when getting other stuff for the grill.
A few hours smoking in the too of the grill while I was making dinner saturday, then another few hours in sauce in the Dutch oven, goddamn they were good.
Getting ready to go pick up the boys from school, gonna swing by and see if they still have em on special.
