Fry them up and sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar, my mom made those as dessert when I was a kid. Good faux-buñuelos.
Pizza sauce, pizza cheese, toppings of your choice, I prefer bell peppers and ham, make yourself a mini thin crust pizza.
Sometimes I like to stack them on top of each other, make a multi-layered pizza.
Works out pretty good IMO.
Deep fry or mini quesadillas with cheese and refried beans
